2. AI Summaries via OpenAI
To help you gain clarity from your thoughts, Mindfluent uses OpenAI’s API to generate AI-powered summaries. Here’s how it works: When you submit a voice recording or text, your input is securely sent to Mindfluent’s server, then forwarded to OpenAI to generate a summary. Once the result is returned, both your original input and the AI-generated summary are immediately and permanently deleted from our servers. The final summary is delivered to your device and stored only locally. This process is fully automated and handled without any human involvement. Processing by OpenAI is subject to OpenAI’s Privacy Policy.
3. Aggregated, Anonymized Analytics
To help us understand how Mindfluent is being used and to guide future improvements, we collect anonymous, aggregated usage data. This may include general patterns like how often features are used or how frequently users engage with the app. We do not collect any personal content, nor can this data be used to identify you. It is purely for product development and performance monitoring.
4. No Ads or Data Selling
We do not show ads, and we do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
5. Children’s Privacy
Mindfluent is not designed for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.
